libetpan15 software package provides mail handling library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libetpan15
libetpan15 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libetpan15 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libetpan15 *
You will get with libetpan15 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
